Yes, every traveler is eligible for a refund depending on where we are in proximity to our travel date. If you request a refund 90 days prior to the departure date (or 120 days for trips longer than 5 days), you will qualify for a refund (The refund, excludes the initial deposit). If you request a refund 60 days prior to trip you are able to receive credit towards your next trip.

No, your initial deposit is non-refundable. Under no circumstance is the deposit refundable.

Once you pay for a trip, arrangements are made for you on that specific trip. Unfortunately, trip payments are not transferable to other trips. You are welcome to book a second trip with us!

Yes, we highly recommend bringing a friend. Here's a secret: shared occupancy packages are always cheaper than solo bed packages. 

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be upgraded to the solo bed package price or you can opt to share with another girlie. (This does not apply if we roommate match you.)

No, travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.

No, but monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will note your payment plan. You will lose your trip reservation if your final payment is not made by the deadline.

Please make sure you arrive at the destination NO LATER THAN 2 PM. We will have transportation taking us to the villa around that time. We can only guarantee transportation to the estate if your flight arrives before 2 pm.
